NOTICE OF PRE-QUALIFIED PROVIDERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS.

Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba (UPIK) is pleased to announce the list of successfully pre-qualified providers for the supply of goods, provision of services, and execution of works for the three years covering Financial Years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, and 2027/2028.

The pre-qualification exercise was conducted in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations and institutional requirements to identify competent and eligible providers for various procurement categories during the three-year period.

UPIK congratulates all successful providers and appreciates the interest shown by all firms that participated in the process. Providers included on the list will be eligible for consideration in future procurement opportunities as and when the need arises, subject to the Institute’s procurement procedures.

Please note that pre-qualification does not constitute a contract award but establishes eligibility for participation in subsequent procurement processes.
