UPIK is Governed under The Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act of 2001 as amended. The Act establishes the Governing Council as the Top Management Organ and the Principal as the Accounting Officer. UPIK has a fully constitute Council with a sound membership of accomplished personnel in the Oil and Gas Industry.
